    Terms and Conditions

    1. Seller Identification

    2. Introductory Provisions

    1. These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer in connection with the sale of goods via the e-shop.

    2. Legal relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code, and in the case of consumers also the Consumer Protection Act.

    3. These Terms apply to sales within the Czech Republic as well as other European Union member states.

    4. The Seller is registered under the OSS (One Stop Shop) VAT scheme. VAT is charged according to the country of delivery.

    5. The e-shop is available in Czech and English. In case of discrepancies, the Czech version shall prevail.

     

    3. Definitions and Nature of Goods

    1. The Buyer may be:
    - a consumer (B2C)
    - a business customer (B2B)

    2. The goods offered consist mainly of used (refurbished) IT components and spare parts.

    3. Refurbished goods:
    - are used
    - are tested (unless stated otherwise)
    - may show signs of wear

    4. Condition grading:
    - A – minimal wear
    - B – standard wear
    - C – significant wear

    5. Wear consistent with the product description is not considered a defect.

    6. Specific products:
    - motherboards marked as “non-functional” are sold without warranty for functionality (intended for repair or spare parts)
    - hard drives are tested to ensure no bad sectors

     

    4. Order and Contract Formation

    1. The Buyer places an order via the e-shop.

    2. The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.

    3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order.

     

    5. Price and Payment Terms

    1. Prices are stated including VAT.

    2. Available currencies:
    - CZK
    - EUR

    3. Payment methods:
    - online card payment (Comgate)
    - Apple Pay / Google Pay
    - bank transfer

    4. Payment gateway provider: Comgate a.s.

    5. The bank account is held with Raiffeisenbank a.s.

    6. Payment must be completed before dispatch of goods.

     

    6. Delivery of Goods

    1. Goods are delivered throughout the European Union unless stated otherwise.

    2. Carriers:
    - Zásilkovna
    - PPL / DHL
    - DPD

    4. All shipments are dispatched from Prague.

     

    7. Withdrawal from Contract (Consumers)

    1. A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods.

    2. Withdrawal must be notified by email or in writing.

    3. Goods must be returned within 14 days.

    4. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

    5. The Seller will refund payments within 14 days from withdrawal, but not before receiving the returned goods.

     

    8. Warranty and Claims

    1. The Seller provides a warranty of 12 months unless stated otherwise for a specific product.

    2. Claims must be submitted to the Seller’s address.

    3. Consumer claims are processed within the statutory period, no later than 30 days from submission.

    4. For used goods, wear and tear is taken into account.

     

    9. Business Customers (B2B)

    1. Business customers do not have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

    2. The Seller provides a 12-month warranty unless stated otherwise.

    3. Products sold as non-functional, for spare parts or repair are not covered by a functionality warranty.

    11. Alternative Dispute Resolution

    1. Consumers may resolve disputes via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.

    12. Final Provisions

    1. These Terms are valid from 1 May 2026.

    2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms.

    3. The contract is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
