How to submit a claim
If you discover a defect in the purchased product, please contact us at info@it-parts.cz and provide:
- order number
- description of the issue
- photos (if available)
Based on this information, we will inform you about the next steps.

Important instructions
- Do not send goods as cash on delivery (COD) – such shipments will not be accepted
- Pack the goods properly to prevent damage during transport
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Please include:
- order number
- description of the issue
- your contact details
Processing time
Consumer claims are processed within the statutory period, no later than 30 days from the date of submission.
For business customers (B2B), there is no statutory deadline for handling claims. Claims will be processed within a reasonable time depending on their nature.
Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty for all products unless stated otherwise.
Important information
Please note the following due to the nature of our products:
- We primarily sell used (refurbished) IT components, which may show signs of wear
- Wear consistent with the product description is not considered a defect
- Products marked as “non-functional” are sold without warranty for functionality and cannot be claimed for defects related to functionality
- Hard drives are tested before sale, especially for bad sectors
Shipping costs
The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
In case of a justified claim, the customer is entitled to reimbursement of reasonable shipping costs.
