How to Return Goods

If you wish to return purchased goods, please contact us by email at info@it-parts.cz and provide:

  • order number
  • name or code of the item being returned
  • reason for return (if you wish to provide one)
  • your contact details

Based on this information, we will inform you of the next steps.

We allow returns for all customers, including both consumers and business customers. We do not make any distinction between customer types in this regard.

Consumers purchasing remotely have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. We voluntarily provide the same return option to business customers as well.

Important Shipping Instructions

  • Do not send goods cash on delivery (COD)
  • Shipments sent COD will not be accepted
  • Pack the goods carefully to prevent damage during transport
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service

Please include the following with the shipment:

  • order number
  • contact details
  • a note stating that this is a return
  • bank account details for the refund, if not provided by another method

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned goods should be complete, properly packaged, and free from damage caused by improper handling.

Due to the nature of the goods we sell, please note:

  • We primarily sell used or refurbished goods, which may show signs of normal wear and tear
  • The condition of the goods is described in the specific product listing
  • Wear and tear consistent with the product’s age and description is not considered a defect
  • Goods marked as “non-functional” are sold as non-functional, and their non-functionality is not grounds for a complaint or warranty claim

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them and process your refund in accordance with our terms and conditions and applicable legal regulations.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used, unless agreed otherwise.

Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the seller unless agreed otherwise.

Shipments sent cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.

Difference Between a Return and a Warranty Claim

A return means withdrawal from the purchase contract or use of the return option within the specified time period.

A warranty claim concerns situations where the purchased goods develop a defect. If you wish to report a defect or non-functionality of the goods, please follow the instructions provided on the Complaints / Warranty Claims page.
